Dancing around in the beautiful sunshine, my kind of day! Carried this adorable basket purse around with me all day long. It may have been empty, but it sure was cute 😉 These pictures were 20 minutes prior to some delicious Japanese food followed by too much Marble Slab, YUM! Spent the weekend in the big D with my favorite human. We got to try out some amazing new spots there that we fell in love with. Steel City Pops was definitely our favorite, best popsicles ever! So, I was browsing around online & found this amazing shop called & Other Stories. I really like their feel & style. Everything has a more laid-back, west-coast touch, which fits well with my spirit animal. This top will work well for summer! It is thin enough to throw over a bathing suit, but nice enough to wear to almost any event – love the quality!

My first piece of gingham style, & I wasn’t disappointed (: This print is huge this season & can be styled so many cool ways. It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for a good crop top, so I gladly added this one to my ongoing collection. I love how it has the criss cross/ off the shoulder detail. I have been trying to find the right look to throw on my fishnet socks with. They would rock with just shorts, a tee & kicks, but I was digging them with this dressier look. Also wore these pants to church today with a mustard ruffle top & liked that combo just as much. So many fun ways to style these two pieces!
It’s almost summer time for most, & it’s less than 3 weeks until our next vacation, can’t wait! Do you guys have any special trips planned this summer? Would love to hear them! Happy Sunday!

I love all the sunshine that spring & summer bring! I always try to load up on Vitamin D [insert Jo’s inappropriate joke here]. Through the winter I can manage to get by without a pedicure every other week, but once spring arrives, I try to stay away from closed-toe shoes for a while. So as I browse some of my favorite websites and add tons of things to my shopping cart that I will never buy, I thought I would share some of my favorite sandals with you guys!
