My first faux fur coat since my middle school days, and I’m kind of in love. It’s a mix between fur and shag. I’m continuing on with my blush color craze, and I’m loving it with dark plums & black.I’ve always been interested in body suits, but I’ve never actually bought one. There’s just some looks that you need tight, sleek fitting top with, and this was one of them. And anything backless is just a yes!

Corduroy mini skirts are making a comeback & I am not mad about it. Anything that takes me back to the 90’s, takes me back to N’Sync and Boy Meets World, and that’s always a good thing! There are so many different ways to style this skirt, but I went with a more of slouchy-comfortable look.

The weather in Louisiana can tend to be a bit crazy (80 degrees one day & 30 the next). It is not rare to wear shorts on Christmas day. The great thing about this skirt is it can be styled for cool or warm conditions. Let’s be honest, an oversized sweater will work with almost anything & I loved it with this skirt to give it a more cozy feel. I would also pair it with tights, booties, & a scarf depending on my mood!

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of wearing long coats & tennis shoes. I’ve come to find that when I really like an outfit, I tend to wear it over and over again. At least I get my use out of it. 😉 I have literally sported these shoes everyday this week; not an exaggeration!

This is definitely one of mine & Jo’s favorite looks. We are all about mixing black & navy. I never thought I would be into this color combo, but we are loving it. I also paired this look with light distressed denim to brighten things up.

I’ve been dying for a long coat & this one is spot on. I’m not a huge pink girl, especially in the fall, but this pale shade was too pretty to pass up. I went with a casual street look with the distressed denim (have literally worn them everyday this week), but spiced it up a little with these amazing grey pumps.

This chic look is really one of my favorites right now. Simple, casual, but fashion forward. Also love this coat with leather leggings, a sweater, & pointy toe flats. To be honest, you can never go wrong with LuLu*s. Their pieces are nothing short of amazing!

Leather and faux fur are definitely 2 of my winter “go-to’s”. Jo has never been much of a fur man (unless it’s on his face) but I think I’m bringing him around to it a little more.

This Windsor jacket is awesome quality & will definitely be one of my favorites for the season. Also loving this sleeveless sweater from K Sera Store. It’s such a beautiful color & the distressed look gives it a cool edge. Made the perfect top for my Thanksgiving day! These Winsor jeans are some of my favorite distressed denim yet. They are the perfect length for not bunching at the bottom.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Our day consisted of family time, eating, talking, relaxing, & more eating. We are getting so excited for Christmas. We put our tree & lights up on Friday, and we can’t stop looking at them. Can never start Christmas too early, right? (:

Holidays with Urban Outfitters, it doesn’t get much better than this! Their holiday & winter collections are out of this world. This coat is just what I needed on this cold November day. The A-line style is darling & will also pair well with some skinnies. I loved mixing the patterns of the jacket & the sweater. Don’t get me wrong, I’m much more of a “solids” kind of girl, but I couldn’t pass up these amazing pieces. These booties are some of my favorites yet. They are super classy, versatile, & comfy; perfect for some holiday shopping & walking in the park.

I don’t think Jo has come out of these pants since he has gotten them. I don’t blame him, distressed skinnies are always a YES. The fit & style of his white T is super flattering; one of my favorites he has by far! Men’s shoe wear can be tricky, but these boots are the perfect color. They pair well with almost anything.
